Question: When can you deliver my furniture? Answer: We can often deliver the following day. The beginning of each month and the end of each month are our busiest times and next day service may be more difficult. Question: What areas do you service? Answer: We currently serve the entire Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and most of the I-35 corridor as far South as San Antonio. Question: Do you provide the housewares? Answer: We have an ultra-complete housewares package. Since nearly all of our rentals include the standard housewares package, we have priced it at a remarkably low price. Due to the fact that we deliver the housewares along with the furniture, there is no need to coordinate two vendors and since the delivery process is more efficient, we pass the savings on to you. Question: Can I make changes to your rental packages? Answer: Yes. We have a large selection of furniture to choose from. Whether you need twin beds, a king bed, recliner, desk or other furniture needs, we will be glad to accommodate your request. Question: Do you automatically pick up furniture at the end of the lease? Answer: Since most rentals extend beyond the initial lease term, the agreement provides that the rental continues on a month-to-month basis. Question: Is the furniture exactly as shown in the website? Answer: Some variation exists with each package, but the look and quality is maintained. If you call our office we will be glad to specify certain pieces to suit your requirements. Question: Do I need to meet your delivery crew? Answer: When we deliver to apartment communities we usually obtain a key from the office. The office will require a written “Permission to Enter” to release a key to our crew. We recommend that we deliver and set up the furniture and housewares prior to your arrival. Question: What do I need to do to rent furniture? Answer: Give us a call. We have a few questions and will need to perform a credit check. We can complete the entire transaction by fax and e-mail.
