| Q. How much advance notice do you need prior to a delivery? |
| A. We can move on a moments notice but recommend one week’s notice prior to delivery. During the peak winter season our inventory is limited, so it is often necessary to call a month or more in advance to assure your delivery. |
|
| Q. When is your peak season? |
| A. Our peak season starts in mid-November and runs through April. We apply peak season rates to any rental which includes any period of time between January 1st and March 31st, UNLESS the lease term is six months or longer. |
|
| Q. What areas do you service? |
| A. We currently serve all of Arizona and occasionally serve Las Vegas, San Diego, and Los Angeles. |
|
| Q. Do I need to be in the apartment or home when you make your delivery? |
| A. No. Our delivery crews have delivered thousands of furniture and housewares packages and place the furniture in the optimum location based on your floorplan. Typically, we are delivering to an apartment community and only require a written “PERMISSION TO ENTER” from our customer. This written notice authorizes the office to release a key to our delivery crew for the delivery. |
|
| Q. What do I need to bring from home? |
A. Our furniture and housewares package includes everything you need to enjoy your stay except for those items you would take on a vacation.
We provide the beds and linens (and make them)
We provide the kitchenwares (and put them away)
We provide the towels (and hang them on the towelbars)
We provide the TV (and preset the channels)
We provide the clock-radio (and set the time)
We provide the artwork (and tastefully hang the pictures)
We provide the vacuum cleaner (and vacuum your floor)
We provide the iron & ironing board (sorry, we don’t iron your clothes!)

| Q. Do you charge a “damage waiver” fee? |
| A. No. No one appreciates being quoted a price only to be hit with ambiguous fees later. Like any furniture vendor, we anticipate that the furniture will be returned in a similar condition as when it was rented. A “damage waiver” is not insurance against gross negligence. |
|
| Q. How do I initiate a furniture rental agreement? |
| A. Most of our customers call us from out of state and set up the entire rental by phone and fax or e-mail. We typically charge the rent to your credit card and deliver your furniture prior to your arrival. |
|
| Q. Can I see the furniture prior to making a commitment? |
| A. Yes. You are welcome to stop by our showroom and pick out whatever you would like and customize your package. |
|
| Q. What are your hours of operation? |
| A. Our rental department and showroom is open Monday through Friday 9:30 – 5:00. |
|
| Q. Do you rent cribs, highchairs, changing tables and other baby-related items? |
| A. No. But we can refer you to companies in the area who specialize in baby furnishings. |
|
| Q. Do you rent furniture on a month-to-month basis? |
| A. During the summertime we are usually able to accommodate month-to-month rentals (with an increased fee to cover actual preparation, delivery, setup, and pickup costs). |
